2. How do I place an order?
- Browse our collection and select your desired item.
- Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your shipping details and select your payment method.
- You’ll receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
- Online Payments via secure payment gateways (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, etc.)
5. What are your delivery charges?
- Free delivery on orders above PKR 1000.
- A standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies for orders below this amount.
6. How long does delivery take?
- Major cities: 2–3 working days.
- Other areas: 3–5 working days.
- Remote areas: 4–7 working days.
(Delivery times may vary during sales, holidays, or due to courier delays.)

7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, you can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.
8. Are sale items returnable?
No, items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
9. How do I track my order?
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can use it to track your parcel online.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. (International shipping will be added soon — stay tuned!)
11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with pictures/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
12. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
