1. Do you sell original jewellery?

Yes. All our jewellery is authentically crafted with premium quality materials. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

2. How do I place an order?

  • Browse our collection and select your desired item.
  • Click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.
  • Fill in your shipping details and select your payment method.
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Online Payments via secure payment gateways (credit/debit cards, bank transfer, etc.)

5. What are your delivery charges?

  • Free delivery on orders above PKR 1000.
  • A standard shipping fee of PKR 250 applies for orders below this amount.

6. How long does delivery take?

  • Major cities: 2–3 working days.
  • Other areas: 3–5 working days.
  • Remote areas: 4–7 working days.

7. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, unworn, and in original packaging. Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

No, items purchased on sale, discount, or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.

9. How do I track my order?

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can use it to track your parcel online.

Currently, we ship only within Pakistan. (International shipping will be added soon — stay tuned!)

11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with pictures/videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer service team. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

13. Do you offer customized jewellery?

At the moment, we do not offer fully customized jewellery. However, you may contact us to check if minor personalization is possible.
