At Womanza.pk, we want you to shop with confidence. Every product is carefully checked before dispatch, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact. Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products are not eligible for return or exchange. These include but are not limited to: Earrings & piercings Personalized or custom-made items Gift cards / vouchers

3. Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact our support team at support@womanza.pk or WhatsApp us (+92-343-4217700) within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process. Customers are responsible for sending back the product securely. Delivery charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer (unless the item was received damaged or incorrect).

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after inspection of the returned product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof. We will prioritize your request and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the regular exchange/return policy will apply.
