At Womanza.pk, we aim to deliver your favorite jewellery pieces to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
2. Delivery Time
Within Pakistan: Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days depending on your location.
Major Cities: 2–3 working days.
Remote Areas: 4–7 working days.
Delivery times may be extended during sales, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 1000 (set your threshold, e.g., 5,000).
A standard delivery fee of PKR 200 applies to orders below this amount.
Any additional charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across Pakistan for all orders.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided address.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan. (If you plan to expand internationally, we can add details later.)
6. Delays & Responsibility
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Womanza.pk is not responsible for courier delays, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details.
7. Order Tracking
You can track your order via the tracking link shared with you once your parcel is dispatched.
8. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the mentioned timeline, please contact our customer support at support@womanza.pk
within 48 hours for assistance.
