Womanza.pk reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as mentioned at checkout).
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments through trusted third-party payment gateways.
Womanza.pk is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details provided by the customer.
4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. After shipment, our Return & Exchange Policy applies.
Womanza.pk reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days (depending on location).
Shipping charges and free delivery thresholds are mentioned in our Shipping Policy.
Womanza.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.
Only unused, unworn, and undamaged products in original packaging are eligible.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Womanza.pk including images, text, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Womanza.pk.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Womanza.pk is not liable for:
Delays or delivery issues caused by third-party couriers.
Losses or damages arising from misuse of products.
